6.4 Output feed
WARNING
Hazards to personnel and animals due to impact can occur when objects are
ejected from the delivery opening or conveyor belt while the mixing auger is
in operation (optional).
 Direct all persons to leave the hazard area of the delivery opening and/or conveyor
belt before opening the dosing valve.
 Keep animals away from the hazard area.
 The feed delivery amount is arranged across the width of the dosing valve opening.
 The wider the dosing valve opening, the greater the feed delivery amount.
 For very dry, long and highly structured feed, it is necessary to have the dosing valve
in the full open position.
 For feed that is particularly free-flowing, you must open the dosing valve to a position
where it will achieve the desired output amount.
„Plus“ control
 Dosing valve 1 opens and closes automatically in “Emptying mode”.
 In “Emptying mode”, conveyor belt 1 starts automatically as soon as dosing valve 1 is
opened.
To output the feed, it is necessary to open the dosing valve (3) while the auger is running and to switch on any
attached conveyor belt (optional).

Set the mixing auger speed using selector switch “7”
(see Chapter 4.15.1.5)
Set the selector switch “6” to automatic mode and
select the emptying mode on the touch display’s
basic layout (see Chapters 4.15.2.6 and
4.15.2.6.1.1).

Open the block ball valve (2).
o Vertical position = open
o Horizontal position = closed
