7.3 Maintenance plan - overview
Perform the regular maintenance according to the schedule that was first arranged.
Priority is given to the time intervals, service life or maintenance intervals of any for-
eign documentation that may have been delivered.
General visual and functional inspection.
Replace transmission oil.
Initially after 100
hours,
then every 1000 hours
With industrial use af-
ter 500 hours
Inspect oil level and top off as necessary.
Fan vent on the control cabinet
Visual inspection and possible cleaning.
General visual inspection and check of coil strength (at
least 5 mm).
Inspect and sharpen or replace as necessary.
Chamber wall and base plate
General visual inspection and check of wall strength
(base plate at least 10 mm, chamber wall at least 4
mm).
