Hazards to personnel due to slipping and falling can occur in the event of oil leaks
when oil is added or changed!
Promptly clean new oil spots with binding agents.
Hazard of damage to the hydraulic system caused by incorrect hydraulic oil!
Use only manufacturer-approved hydraulic oil.
Mineral oils differing in fluid pressure should be blended together only after receiving
the manufacturer’s approval.
Never mix pressure fluids made from mineral and bio-oil.
1. The hydraulic oil level should reach the oil level hole
(1). To check the oil level, unscrew the screw plug (1).
2. A low hydraulic oil level necessitates topping up with
HVLP46 hydraulic oil. This process involves unscrew-
ing either the ventilation screw (2) or the sealing plug
(3) and adding hydraulic oil through the appropriate
hole until the oil level reaches the oil level hole (1).
3. Carefully screw all opened screw plugs or ventilation
screws back into the container. Monitor the sealant
and replace it as necessary.
4. Full change of the hydraulic oil requires unscrewing
the hydraulic hand pump from its mounting plate on
the machine and removing the screw plug (3). The hy-
draulic oil is drained through the oil level hole (1) into
a minimum 3-liter capacity oil collection container until
the drainage flow ceases.
5. To replace the hydraulic oil, follow steps 2 and 3 and
add approximately two liters of HVLP46 hydraulic oil.
