6.2 Beginning and concluding the mixing process
„Basic“ control (see Chapter 4.15.1)
„Plus“ control (see Chapter 4.15.2)

Dosing valves are closed by pressing button „10“
and additional valves in accordance with the inscrip-
tion on the control panel (see Chapter 4.15.1.5)
Ensure that the dosing valves are closed: if not
closed, then close the valve manually by pressing
button “9” on the control panel (see Chapter
4.15.2.5)

Set the control to automatic mode using selector
switch “6” and select the mixing mode on the touch
display’s basic layout (see Chapters 4.15.2.6 and
4.15.2.6.1.1).

Set the mixing auger speed using selector switch “7”
(see Chapter 4.15.1.5)
In the operator menu, set the mixing auger’s desired
running time and speed. (Chapter 4.15.2.6.1.2)

Start the mixing auger by pressing button “1” (see
Chapter 4.15.1.5)
Start the mixing auger by pressing button “7” on the
control panel
Prior to the start of the mixing auger, a 10-second startup warning will
sound.
The mixing auger gradually increases its velocity up to the preset speed.
To prevent the occurrence of an overload at startup, the mixing auger ini-
tially runs for approximately 2 seconds in the opposite direction.

To conclude the mixing process, stop the mixing au-
ger by pressing button “2” (see Chapter 4.15.1.5)
To conclude the mixing process, either the preset
time is allowed to run out or the mixing auger is
stopped by pressing button “8” (see Chapters
4.15.2.6.1.2 and 4.15.2.5)
The mixing process is concluded.
6.3 Load the mixing chamber
WARNING
Hazards to personnel due to pinching, cutting, snagging and pulling can occur
if improper loading of the mixing chamber results in unintended contact with
the mixing auger during operation.
Use only suitable equipment to load the mixing chamber. Appropriate equipment in-
cludes:
Front-loader tractor,
Wheel/yard loader.
The mixing chamber can be manually loaded only if no possibility exists that the per-
son will accidentally fall into the mixing chamber.
No one may be positioned at the same height as or above the mixing chamber’s load-
ing opening.
