7.5.3 Delivery opening with closely-fitting cover apron and conveyor belt (optional)
1. Angle the mixing auger so that the cutting blades
face away from the delivery opening.
2. Swing the conveyor belt (2) down.
3. Fully open the dosing valve of the delivery opening
through which you wish to enter the mixing cham-
ber (1).
4. Switch the machine off and secure it against inad-
vertent and unauthorized restart.
5. Close the block ball valve on the dosing slide.
6. Unscrew the cover apron from the mixing chamber
(1) as described in chapter Delivery opening with
closely-fitting cover apron (optional) on page 88.
7. Take care when climbing through the delivery
opening or into and out of the mixing chamber (1).
8. Carefully reattach the cover apron to the mixing
chamber (1) as indicated in the regulation as de-
scribed in Chapter Delivery opening with closely-fit-
ting cover apron (optional) on page 88.

7.6 Installation and positioning of the mixing augers
To ensure optimum functioning of the 2S machine, the mixing augers must be arranged in particular po-
sitions at assembly.
This will avoid initial high torque.
There are also effects on mixing performance and the output through the gate valve.
The mixing augers must be assembled in the following position and of course concatenated over the
PTO shaft in the drive train.
