Inlet Duct Installation
This is the most challenging part of the assembly process. Some modeling skill and
experience will come in handy.
Use #80 grit to sand the entire outside of the
inlets to remove all sharp splinters and edges
of the carbon cord and fiberglass.
Use a round hand sanding tool, with #80 grit, to
smooth the edges of the fuselage flanges. This
eases the inlet duct installation.
It may be necessary to smooth the inside
edges of the inlet duct.
