• Extract the ash which has accumulated in the inner.
• After the cleaning repeate the opposite operation checking the integrity and eciency of the gasket: if
necessary have it replaced by an Autorized Technician.
It is important to sealed the cap othrwise noxiuous fumes will propagate among the
room.
12.6 FUME FAN CLEANING
Clean every the year the fume fan from ash or dust which can cause a blade unbalance and a greater
noise.
As this operation is so delicate it must therefore be executed by an Authorized
Technician.

• Follow the process as describer in Fig. 35 page 76, Fig. 36 page 76 and Fig. 37 page 76.
12.7 FUME PASSAGES CLEANING
Clean the fume passages every year.

• Remove the top of the stove, unscrewing the screws top and rear (see Fig. 38 page 76).
• Unscrew the screws on the lids (see Fig. 39 page 76).
