Set Name – the name of the set on which the operation was attempted.
Set User Id – the user ID associated with the set.
Time of Last Operation – the time at which the operation was initiated.
Set Description – the description (if any) associated with the set; the set description
is provided when the set is created and saved.
The table just below the Save/Recall Status information lists all cross-connect sets
currently saved on the system. For each Set Name listed, the table provides the User
Name, the date and time the set was Created, the number of Conns (connections) in the
set, whether or not the set is Loaded on the system (Y = Yes, N = No), and a Description
(if any) of the set.
3. Click any column header in the Save/Recall table to sort the information in all rows and
columns either up or down, according to the numerical or alphabetical sequence of the
information in the selected column.
4. Click the radio button for any listed set to select that set. The radio button will display a
black dot when it is selected.
5. Click the appropriate button at the bottom of the Save/Recall screen to perform one of
the following actions:
Save – saves existing cross-connections in the selected set(s) to a file for future
recalls.
Refresh – reloads the Save/Recall screen.
Recall – initiates creation of the cross-connections defined in the selected set(s).
Delete – deletes the selected set(s).
Loopback all ports – deletes all existing connections and initiates a loopback;
a loopback is a pre-defined set with loopback connections (e.g., 1.1.1>1.1.1,
2.2.2>2.2.2, etc.)
Delete All Conns – deletes all existing cross-connections.
Unload – deletes all connections in the selected set(s).
