3. Hold the empty Ink T ank by the grip (a) to remove it, and press the OK button.
Note
• If there is still some ink left in the Ink T ank you removed, store the ink tank with the ink holes (a)
facing up. Otherwise, ink may leak and cause stains. Put the Ink T ank in a plastic bag and seal it.
• Dispose of used Ink T anks according to local regulations.
Remove the Ink T ank (700 ml [23.7 oz])
1. Open the Ink T ank Cover of the tank for replacement and check the Ink Lamp .
The Ink Lamp ashes quickly if there is no ink left.
Caution
• A void hitting the printer when replacing an Ink T ank . Handle the printer gently when replacing tanks.
