How to turn off CaptiveAire Fire Extinguisher system that won't turn off?
    • A
      adamsmithAug 26, 2025
If the fire system will not turn off, it could be due to two reasons: 1. The duct sensor is hot, meaning heat has activated it. Remove the heat source or allow the system to extinguish the fire. Once the heat source is gone, press the reset button on the electrical control package. 2. The Remote Manual Actuation Device has been pushed. Reset the remote push station (twist clockwise until reset) after the fire is out, and then press the reset button on the electrical control package.
