1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmground.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
neutralposition.
5.Immobilizethemachinewiththeparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Openandraisetheengineguard.

8.Removethecap(2)ofthellerneck.
9.Removetheprotectioncapfromtheenginecrankcase
drainvalve.
10.Screwtheconnectoroftheextensiondrainhose
(storedinthetoolbox)onthecrankcasedrainvalve.
11.Placetheoppositeendintoacontainerwithsufcient
capacity.
NOTE:Draintheenginewhenitisstillwarm.Theoilwill
owmoreeasily.
12.Waitfortheoiltocompletelyowoutoftheengine.
13.Removetheextensiondrainhoseandinstallthepro-
tectioncaponthecrankcasedrainvalve.
14.Placetheextensiondrainhoseinthetoolbox.
