cock(3).Donotdetachthedrainhose.
7.Pourapproximately24L(6.30USgal)ofcleanwater
intothereservoiruntilfull.
8.Securethellercap(2)onthereservoir(1).Attachthe
de-aerationvalvecap(4)ifremoved.
9.Starttheengineandrunforatleast30min.
NOTE:Makesurethatyouactivatetheheatingsystem(if
equipped)tocirculateuidthroughtheheatercore.
10.Removethellercap(2).
11.Drainthewaterfromthesystem.
12.RepeatSteps5–11foracleansystemush.
13.Aftertheradiatorushhasbeenused,closetheradi-
atordrainvalveanddetachthedrainhose.
14.Checktheconditionofthehoses,connectionsandthe
waterpump.
15.Makesurethattheexternalsurfacesoftheengineand
theradiatorareclean.
