FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS
General
3. The following basic flight restrictions apply:
a. the aircraft is certified for operation in the NORMAL category. The normal
category is applicable to aircraft intended for non-aerobatic operations and
includes any manoeuvres incidental to normal flying, including stalls and steep
turns up to 60 degrees angle of bank;
b. the aircraft is certified for a maximum of four occupants;
c. aerobatic manoeuvres, as defined by the Canadian Aviation Regulations, are
prohibited; and
d. deliberate spins or incipient spins are prohibited.
Flight Rules
4. The aircraft is equipped and certified for flight in day and night VFR conditions only.
Flight in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) and flight in known icing conditions are
both prohibited.
Flight Load Factors
5. The following are the load factor limits:
Flaps Up
+3.8g to -1.5g
Flaps Extended
+2.0g to 0g
