PART 1 – GENERAL DESCRIPTION
1. The Cessna 182 is a four-place, single engine, high-wing monoplane of all metal semi-
monocoque construction with fixed, tricycle landing gear.
2. The aircraft employed by the Air Cadet Gliding Program (ACGP) are highly modified for
glider towing operations. The following major modifications have been incorporated in accordance
with a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC):
