12.3.5 Dynamic & Slew Rate Circuit Testing
This test module verifies the operation of slew rate circuit and the specification of dynamic
current waveform cycle in CC mode.
Connect the DC Load, DC Power Supply, DMM and Current Shunt as Figure 12-1 shows.
Use the Oscilloscope to measure the waveform passing through the measurement port of
shunt resistance. Make the cable as short as possible to reduce the current waveform
overshoot caused by the cable inductance. Adjust the rising or falling time display on the
Oscilloscope. The measured rising time is from 10% to 90% and the falling time is from 90%
to 10%.
