If your Ciara-tech Desktop automatically powers off and the Power LED flashes red twice every second, it's likely due to the processor's thermal protection being activated. Here's what you can do: 1. Make sure the computer's air vents aren't blocked and that the processor-cooling fan is running. 2. Open the hood, press the power button, and check if the processor fan spins. If not, ensure the fan's cable is plugged into the system board header and that the fan is fully seated. 3. If the fan is properly connected but still not spinning, it may need replacement. 4. Reseat the processor heatsink and ensure the fan assembly is properly attached.
