Select “Lower Row” for the “Digits Layout” setting for the upper row is for special characters.

Select “Upper Row” for the “Digits Layout” setting for the lower row is for special characters.
German Keyboard Layout – QWERTZ
German layout; see below for German Keyboard Style.
