Access
Extends Mobile Connect capabilities by
allowing users to access an interactive voice
response (IVR) system to originate a call
from a remote device such as a cellular
phone.

Multilevel
Precedence and
Preemption
(MLPP)
(SCCP phones
only)
Allows properly validated users to place
priority calls. If necessary, users can
preempt lower-priority phone calls. Also
allows the use of the call-forward alternate
party (CFAP) feature for forwarding a
precedence call.
