Allows a user to enter a Fast Dial code to place a call. Fast
Dial codes can be assigned to phone numbers or Personal
Address Book entries. (See “Services” in this table.)

number in another group.

headset. If conversations are recorded using the auxilliary
port of the headset, the feature ensures that audio from the
headset (the agent) and the phone handset (the supervisor)
