Nx Port Registration Problems
To troubleshoot port registration, follow these steps:
Step 1 From the CLI exec mode, enter the following command:
show interface fcx/x
This ensures that the fibre channel (FC) interface connected to the device in question is up and free of
any errors.
The system output might look like this:

If the interface is not working correctly, check the cabling and the host or storage device interface for
faults. If the interface is working correctly, proceed to the next step.
