hysteresis
When modulating via 0-10V or 4-20mA, changes in the direction of PID output can be
limited by a small amount of hysteresis, to decrease the occurrence of actual control
reversals.

Annunciation enable This parameter determines whether the Annunciator features of the Falcon are active.
When disabled, the Falcon will ignore the Annunciator inputs (because the application does
not use this feature).
