Description
This command is especially used by the technical support personnel to dump the device overall
operation information.
• Basic System information
• System log
• Running configuration
• Layer 1 information
• Layer 2 information
• Layer 3 information
• Application
• OS status
• Controller’s status
This command can be interrupted by Ctrl - C or ESC when it is executing.
Format
show tech_support
Parameters
None.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To show the information of technique’s support:
