upload tech_support_toTFTP {<ipaddr> <path_filename 64>}
Parameters
<ipaddr> - (Optional) Specify the IP address of TFTP server.
<path_filename 64> - Specify the file name to store the information of technique’s support in
TFTP server. The max size of the file name is 64.
Restrictions
Only Administrator and Operator-level users can issue this command.
Example
To upload the information of technique’s support:
DES-3200-28P:admin#upload tech_support_toTFTP 10.0.0.66 tech_report.txt
Command: upload tech_support_toTFTP 10.0.0.66 tech_report.txt
Connecting to server................... Done.
Upload techsupport file................ Done.
Success.
