COOLING SYSTEM
ENGINE COOLANT
TEMPERATURE GAUGE
REMOVAL
Remove RH.side cowl.
Drain the coolant.
Disconnect the engine coolant temperature gauge
wire.
Remove the engine coolant temperature gauge.
INSTALLATION
Apply a sealant to the threads and install the
thermostat cover.
Connect the engine coolant temperature gauge
coupler.
INSPECTION
Soak the engine coolant temperature gauge in the
beaker(fill the beaker with water)
Heats up the beaker.
Measure the resistance.
