This parameter selects the character style. The fonts
available depend on the installed character generator.

Sets the characters per inch (character pitch). The
higher the parameter, the smaller the character
spacing.
If Proportional is selected, only the actually required
space for the character width is used.
Olivetti emulation does not support 20cpi and 24cpi.
Therefore, 20cpi are replaced by 10cpi and 24cpi are
replaced by 12cpi.
