For Host Master Network Layouts, the network configuration parameters can
be
changed through STAR-Link™ software running on the PC. Star-Link™
software can be downloaded for free from the web site: www.datalogic.com.
For BC-8060 Master Network Layouts, the
network configuration parameters
can be changed either through the Datalogic Aladdin™ configuration soft-
ware running on the PC or by reading the barcode selections in the Network
se
ction of this manual starting on page 31. If using configuration barcodes,
it is advised to completely configure the cradles before reconfiguring the
Power
Scan™ M8300 reader (see following pages).
After completing the BC-8060 cradle configuration and connections in
the network, you must reconfigure the PowerScan™ M8300 reader
using the STAR-System™ NOTE in POWERSCAN™ M8300/STAR-SYS-
TEM™ SETUP on page
