KEYPAD DATA HEADER /TERMINATOR
Keypad Data Header/Terminator creates an optional Header and Terminator
data format added to data typed on the keypad.
Keyboard data format enable/disable must be used to enable the Header
and Terminator setup, so the two parameters should be combined to get the
desired result.
HEADER
Header = no header
Header = one character header
Header = two character header
Header = three character header
Header = four character header
