7.3. Heartbeat Signal[PERIODIC]
The EMS needs to send a heartbeat signal to the PCS every 2s. The PCS will continue to detect whether the heartbeat signal has changed within 10s. If
the heartbeat signal remains unchanged, a communication exception fault will be triggered and the PCS will stop running.
