NOTE：
1. Only need to set the command to the PCS100HV master.
2. The “BMS OFF” command is only available when PCS100HV is “Standby” status.
8.2.2. Clear BMS Fault
EMS need to write “1” to the register[0x0002] of PCS100HV local controller when BMS is failure, then PCS100HV will send reset fault command to the
BMS to clear fault through Modbus TCP.
