10.3 Functions
10.3.1 Charging a battery
DANGER
Readandfollowtheinformationonthechargerspecicationplate,
otherwise there is a risk of misuse resulting in serious injuries.
Damaged batteries must not be charged.
The battery can remain on the pedelec during the charging
process. It can also be removed and charged elsewhere.
Charging the battery with charger type 1
1. Remove the protective cap on the battery.
2. Connect the charger plug to the battery (it clicks into place).
3. Insert the mains plug into a power socket.
