Error 236 ToolsNet FIFO full 1- The ToolsNet result FIFO is full, the CVINet connection has been lost
2- Check the CVI3 Ethernet cable
3- Check CVI3 Ethernet conguration
4- Check if ToolsNet is running correctly
Error 240 XML not authorized 1- The selected XML protocol is not authorized (check the ePOD
characteristics)
Error 243 PFCS not authorized 1- The selected PFCS protocol is not authorized (check the ePOD
characteristics)
Error 247 XML version conict 1- Conict detected in Audi / VW XML protocol version.
2- Check the coherence of the version between the controller and master
PC/PLC
Error 248 SAS order failed 1- Fieldbus SAS order has failed.
2- Check the value of RRGI, SIO, etc.
Error 249 XML PRG 0 1- The PRG value 0 has been set by Fieldbus.
Error 255 Drive choke too hot 1- Power electronics too warm.
2- Let the controller cool down.
Error 256 Motor too hot 1- Tool is locked because its maximum motor temperature has been
reached.
2- Tool will remain locked until the motor temperature comes back to its
normal value.
Error 260 IPM not authorized 1- The selected IPM protocol is not authorized (check the ePOD
connection)
Error 265 Socket(s) usable with more
than one TU
Recongure sockets combination to resolve conicts
Error 268 CVI NET incompatible CVI Net and CVI3 are incompatible. Please update CVI Net software

Error 915 Inconsistent version 1- The SW version of all CVI3 controllers must be identical
2- Update rmware
Error 916 Workgroup not authorized 1- You need to connect an epod3 on the Workgroup Primary controller
Error 918 Emergency stop ! 1- The emergency stop has been activated
2- Check the M8 connector
Error 919 Additional transducer error 1- The additional transducer's maximum torque is lesser than the
embedded transducer's maximum torque
2- The Pset uses an additional transducer though non is installed on tool
