K24: Auxiliary relay for emergency descent. Draws as the emergency descent button S11 or S13 is
depressed.
Switches on the voltage to the emergency descent unit solenoid and the emergency descent valves
9, 10 and 11.
K40: Changeover relay for the control voltage.
Switches over the control voltage to the power supply unit as the AC-feed is plugged.
K41: Auxiliary relay for main relay.
Switches off the voltage from the running relay K9 as the main relay switches off the voltage from
the device.
K42: As the automatic levelling is used the relay switches on the throttle valve, which reduces the
lowering speed of the support outriggers as the limit switches on the outriggers close.
SR2: Safety relay for monitoring the outrigger operations. The safety relay resets as soon as all
outrigger safety limit switches (RK11, RK12, RK13 and RK14) have closed. After that it is possible to
operate the boom.
SR3: Safety relay for monitoring the overloading of the boom. Safety limit-switch RK5 controls the
operation of the safety relay.
Overloading of the boom: The SR3 is disconnected and the feed current for the RK4 is
switched off. The safety relay is automatically reset upon return to the normal outreach range.
The delay adjusted with the capacitors affects the tripping moment of the SR3.
If the RK5 fails: The SR3 is disconnected and the feed current for the RK4 is switched off.
The safety relay is not automatically reset but the due operation of the electric equipment must
be checked.
The delay adjusted with the capacitors affects the tripping moment of the SR3.
SR4: EMERGENCY STOP safety relay. The safety relay will disengage as the EMERGENCY STOP
button is depressed.
The safety relay switches off the engines and the AC-feed.
H2: Signal light.
Signal light for battery recharging, the signal light will go out as the battery is being charged.
F1: Main fuse 200A.
F2: Starting 10A (PK).

F4: Boom valves 10A (PK).
F5: Safety/start circuit 10 (PK).
F6: Main fuse chassis control panel 16A (AK).
