8.1.4 Liquid leakage from flow cell
A flow chart to find probable causes and counter measures for liquid leakage and
clogging of pipes is shown in the following.
Inspection start
Check for clogging
of the inlet pipe.
Tighten the outlet side
knurled setscrew
Replace the inlet
Teflon packing.
Remove clogging of the inlet
pipe or replace the inlet pipe.
Replace the outlet
Teflon packing.
Check for clogging
of outlet pipe.
Replace the
