What does "Err EP" EEPROM error mean on Doran 7000?
- JjoelmarquezSep 9, 2025
The nonvolatile memory has been corrupted by transients or electrostatic discharge. Reenter the scale parameters and recalibrate the Doran scale.
What does "Err EP" EEPROM error mean on Doran 7000?
The nonvolatile memory has been corrupted by transients or electrostatic discharge. Reenter the scale parameters and recalibrate the Doran scale.
What does "Ldg 0" Loading zero mean on my Doran 7000?
The Doran scale is attempting to load power up zero. This message will remain until the scale is stable.
Why won't my Doran 7000 indicate full capacity?
Make sure there is nothing caught in the platform under or around the load cell or spider interfering with its movement. If not, check the overload stops using the procedure described above.
What does "rg. Err" Calibration range error mean on Doran 7000 Scales?
Press ZERO to clear the error on your Doran scale. Then correct the input levels.
Why do my Doran 7000 Scales overload early?
Make sure all four overload stops are properly set on your Doran scale. Remove the platter, invert it, and place it back on the spider. With 1/2 of the scale's capacity in test weights concentrated over a corner of the platform, there should be approximately 1/32" of clearance between the stop and the bottom of the spider. Check all four corners, then recalibrate the scale. If the problem persists, the scale may be shock-loaded, causing the load cell to shift. Review the cautions in section 1.
