*Replace filter after first 30 days of operation, then every 6 months or 1000 hours or when indicated by filter monitor light
(located in cab). Also change tank breather/filter every time filter element is changed.
NOTE 1: Units equipped with container or winch mechanism. When a newly installed wire rope has been in operation for an
hour, all nuts on clip bolts must be re-tightened and checked for tightness at frequent intervals thereafter.
NOTE 2: Every month (200 Hours), unbolt the pump 4-bolt flange, move away approx. 2 inches from the PTO and apply
grease to the female pilot of the PTO pump flange. This acts as a barrier to prevent moisture from getting into the pump and
PTO engagement area. If the pump shaft and PTO are not greased as recommended, damage to the pump shaft may
occur.
*Normal maintenance done according to an established schedule is preventive maintenance. On this equipment, this involves machine lubrication
and normal maintenance intervals given in this manual are based on an 8-hour day and average operating conditions. Severe use or adverse
conditions make it necessary to do this maintenance more frequently.
