MECHANISM IS CLEAR OF ALL PEOPLE!
9. Engage the pump and turn throttle switch “on”.
10. With the throttle engaged, move blade control
lever to shift spool in either direction.
11. Slowly turn main relief adjusting screw clockwise
to increase pressure until spool of tailgate valve kicks
out of detent (returns to neutral). The correct kickout
pressure for the blade is 2400 PSI.
12. If setting is incorrect, remove the rubber plug from
the end of the blade spool of tailgate valve to expose
the detent release adjusting screw, see figure below.
13. To adjust, insert a flat tip screwdriver and turn
adjusting screw in to the spool (clockwise) to increase
the kickout pressure or turn adjusting screw out of the
spool (counterclockwise) to decrease the pressure.
NOTE: Be careful not to force the adjusting screw or it
may deform the internal adjusting rod and make the
valve inoperative.
14. Repeat steps 8 thru 12 to verify the correct setting
of 2400 PSI. Replace rubber plug to blade spool end.
B. EJECTOR UNLOAD VALVE (“B”/”C” valve)
The ejector unload valve is located next to the
