6.4.i- PULIZIA FILTRO POLVERI
- Aprire il portello di scarico rifi uti (3) mantenendolo aperto
mediante l’apposita asta di sicurezza (1).
NOTA:
Il fi ltro deve essere mantenuto asciutto. Per tale motivo
alla fi ne del lavoro si consiglia di tenere aperto il portello
posteriore in modo che l’aria ne favorisca l’asciugatura.
AVVERTENZA:
Controllare l’integrità del fi ltro e le cuciture delle sac-
che; un fi ltro danneggiato causa la fuoriuscita di polveri
nell’ambiente.
ATTENZIONE:
Per evitare danni al fi ltro durante la pulizia:
- NON utilizzare metodi meccanici (spazzolatura, ra-
schiatura, ecc.).
- NON lavare il fi ltro in lavatrice.
- NON utilizzare detergenti.
- NON usare getti (aria, acqua, ecc.) ad alta pressione.
- NON usare liquidi con temperatura superiore a 45°C.
Pulizia ordinaria
- Pulire il fi ltro (2) senza rimuoverlo dal contenitore rifi uti.
NOTA:
La pulizia ordinaria del fi ltro deve essere eseguita con
un aspirapolvere, aspirando le sacche una ad una, tas-
sativamente con fi ltro asciutto.
NOTA:
La pulizia del fi ltro può essere anche eseguita dopo
averlo estratto attraverso il coperchio superiore del
contenitore (vedere “Pulizia straordinaria”).
Pulizia straordinaria
- In caso il fi ltro sia intasato da fanghi, morchie, ecc.,
per effettuare la pulizia è necessario estrarlo dal
contenitore (vedere “Smontaggio fi ltro”) e lavarlo
con acqua.
- Terminato il lavaggio con acqua, il fi ltro deve essere
asciugato completamente prima dell’installazione.
ATTENZIONE:
Per l’asciugatura del fi ltro NON utilizzare getti di aria
calda con temperatura superiore a 50 °C.
Smontaggio fi ltro
Nel caso vi fosse la necessità di smontare il fi ltro, procedere
come segue:
- Rimuovere il coperchio (4) del contenitore rifi uti.
- Rimuovere i dadi (5) che fi ssano il fi ltro (2).
- Estrarre il fi ltro (2) completo di rastrelliera (6).
- Prima di rimontare il fi ltro assicurarsi che le corde (7)
siano ben tese attorno e sotto alla rastrelliera. Inserire i
nuovi separatori (8) nelle sacche del fi ltro. Sostituire la
guarnizione in gomma su cui appoggia il fi ltro.
6.4.i - DUSTS FILTER CLEANING
- Open the waste unloading hatch (3) and keep it open
with the appropriate safety rod (1).
NOTICE:
The fi lter must be kept dry. For this reason at work end
it is advisable to keep the rear hatch open for a while so
that the air may dry the fi lter.
CAUTION:
Check the fi lter and bag seams and make sure they are
in good condition; a damaged fi lter releases dust into
the environment.
CAUTION:
To avoid any damage during the cleaning process:
- DO NOT use mechanical methods (brushing, scra-
ping, etc.).
- DO NOT wash the fi lter in a washing machine.
- DO NOT use cleaners.
- DO NOT use high pressure jets (air, water, etc.).
- DO NOT use liquids with a temperature exceeding
45°C
Ordinary cleaning
- Clean the fi lter (2), without removing it from the waste
hopper.
NOTICE:
Ordinary cleaning of the fi lter may only be done with a
dust suction unit, whereby the fi lter itself must absolu-
tely be dry and the bags must be vacuumed one by one.
NOTICE:
The cleaning of the fi lter may also be carried out after
extracting it through the upper cover of the hopper (see
“Extraordinary cleaning”).
Extraordinary cleaning
- In case the fi lter is clogged with mud, sludge, etc.,
it is necessary to extract it from the container (see
“Removing the fi lter”) before washing it with water.
- Once cleaned with water, the fi lter must be dried
completely before being reassembled.
CAUTION:
When drying the fi lter, use jets of hot air that DO NOT
exceed 50°C
Removing the fi lter
In case the fi lter needs to be removed, comply with the
following procedure:
- Remove the cover (4) of the waste hopper.
- Remove the nuts (5) that retain the fi lter (2).
- Remove the fi lter (2) with its rack (6).
- Before reassembling the fi lter make sure that the ropes
(7) are well stretched around and under the rack. Insert
the new separators (8) into the fi lter bags. Replace the
rubber gasket onto which the fi lter rests.
