- Allentare i due bulloni di fi ssaggio del contrappeso (6)
posizionato sulla biella superiore destra (7).
- Far scorrere il peso lungo la biella in modo da rendere
uniforme la traccia della spazzola sul terreno.
Tenere presente che spostando il peso verso la spazzola,
si appesantisce il lato destro, aumentando quindi la traccia
sul terreno da questo lato e viceversa.
- A fi ne regolazione bloccare il contrappeso (6).
- Controllare che la puleggia di rinvio (8) non sia bloccata
da rifi uti, ma possa ruotare liberamente in modo che la
spazzola scenda sempre con una pressione ben defi nita.
6.5.e - REGOLAZIONE SLITTE LATERALI
Le slitte laterali (4) regolate correttamente, in fase di lavoro
devono sfi orare il terreno.
Per la regolazione agire sulle catene (9) mediante le due
viti poste sul telaio (10).
6.5.f - GUARNIZIONE ANTIPOLVERE SPAZZOLA CEN-
TRALE
Periodicamente verifi care le condizioni della guarnizione
posteriore (11) e di quella frontale (12).
Tali guarnizioni devono essere integre; procedere alla loro
sostituzione se usurate o danneggiate.
Se necessario regolare la posizione della guarnizione po-
steriore (11) allentando e poi bloccando i dadi di fi ssaggio
(13); la guarnizione (11) deve sfi orare il terreno.
NOTA:
Durante queste verifi che controllare anche l’usura delle
slitte (4); la slitta deve essere cambiata se lo spessore
è inferiore a 4 mm.
- Unscrew the two fi xing bolts of the counterweight (6) that
is positioned on the right hand upper connecting rod (7).
- Slide the weight along the connecting rod so as to make
the brush trail on the ground uniform. Bear in mind that
when sliding the weight towards the brush the right side
is made heavier by thus increasing the trail left by the
brush on this side and vice versa.
- At the end of the adjudstment, lock the counterweight in
place (6).
- Make sure the return pulley (8) is not jammed by some
waste and that it can freely rotate so that the brush is
always lowered with a given pressure.
6.5.e - SIDE SLIDES ADJUSTMENT
The side slides (4) when correctly adjusted, during the work-
ing phase must skim the pavement.
To adjust them intervene on the chains (9) through the two
screws placed on the chassis (10).
6.5.f - MAIN BRUSH ANTI-DUST GASKET
Periodically check the condition of the rear gasket (11) and
of the front one (12).
These gaskets must always be in a good condition; if they
are worn or damaged replace them.
If necessary adjust the position of the rear gasket (11) by
loosening and then locking the fi xing nuts (13), the gasket
(11) must skim the ground.
NOTICE:
During the above described checks, also check the slides
wear (4); the slide must be changed if its thickness is
lower than 4 mm.
