6.5.d - REGOLAZIONE SPAZZOLA CENTRALE PER
USURA IRREGOLARE
Se la traccia sul terreno non fosse regolare, cioè rettangolare,
ma più stretta da un lato rispetto all’altro occorre:
- Aprire il portello destro (1) dopo aver allentato i due ag-
ganci (2) ai lati dello sportello.
- Bloccare il portello (1) in posizione sollevata mediante la
leva di sicurezza (3).
- Sollevare il contenitore e bloccarlo in sicurezza come
indicato nel capitolo 5.
- Verifi care che sulla parte superiore del telaio spazzola non
vi siano rifi uti che appesantiscano in modo irregolare tutto
il gruppo; eventualmente lavare con acqua in pressione.
- Verifi care che le slitte laterali (4) non siano bloccate da
rifi uti, impedendo alla spazzola di scendere liberamente.
Eventualmente lavare con acqua in pressione.
- Verifi care che le slitte (4) non siano bloccate dalle piastre-
guida (5).
- Se dopo queste verifi che il problema non si risolve, occorre
ribilanciare tutto il gruppo spazzola agendo come segue:

6.5.d - MAIN BRUSH ADJUSTMENT DUE TO IRREGU-
LAR WEAR
Should the trail left on the pavement be irregular, that is
rectangular, but narrower on one side with respect to the
other, comply with the following procedure:
- Open the right hatch (1) after loosening the two hooks
(2) beside the hatch.
- Lock the hatch (1) to the lifted position through the relevant
stop (3).
- Lift the hopper and lock it to the safety position as it is
indicated in chapter 5.
- Make sure that on the top of the brush frame there is no
waste irregularly increasing the weight of the whole as-
sembly; if it is the case, wash with compressed water.
- Make sure that the side slides (4) are not jammed by
waste preventing the brush from being freely lowered.
If it is the case, wash with compressed water.
- Make sure the slides (4) are not hindered by the guiding
plates (5).
- If after carrying out these checks the problem persists, it
is necessary to re-balance the whole brush assembly by
complying with the following procedure:
