6.5.n - REGISTRAZIONE DEI CUSCINETTI DELLA 3a
SPAZZOLA (OPT)
Quando si nota che la terza spazzola sobbalza vistosamen-
te, è necessario registrare i quattro cuscinetti del carrello di
traslazione.
Per regolare i cuscinetti (1) agire come segue:
- Rimuovere il carter (2) svitando le rispettive viti.
- Svitare i grani di sicurezza (3).
- Avvitare i grani (4) di regolazione in modo uniforme sui
quattro cuscinetti fi no a fi necorsa misurando con un calibro
le distanze tra il cuscinetto e la slitta di scorrimento; le
distanze devono essere uguali per ogni coppia di cusci-
netti.
- Allentare i quattro grani di regolazione in modo da creare
un leggero gioco per permettere al carrello di scorrere.
- Riavvitare i quattro grani (3) di blocco serrandoli a fondo
e rimontare il carter (2).
ATTENZIONE:
Se lo spessore dei tamponi (5) dei cuscinetti è inferiore
a 4mm, provvedere a sostituirli.
6.5.n - REGULATION OF THE 3rd BRUSH BEARINGS
(OPT)
In case of strong bumping of the main brush the four bear-
ings of the slider have to be adjusted.
To adjust bearings (1) follow instructions below:
- Remove the casing (2) after unscrewing its screws.
- Unscrew the safety dowels (3).
- Screw the adjusting dowels (4) evenly on the four bearings
until the end of stoke, measure by a caliper the distances
between the bearing and the slider; distances have to be
equal between every pair of bearings.
- Loosen the four adjusting dowels to create some clear-
ance and let the slider shift freely.
- Screw the four locking dowels (3) again, clamp deeply
and replace the casing (2).
CAUTION:
Replace the pads (5) of the bearings when they are less
than 4 mm thick.
