6.5.o - REGOLAZIONE SENSORI DI SICUREZZA 3a SPAZ-
ZOLA (OPT)
Spazzola DX-SX
Se la spazzola viene richiamata in continuazione verso la
macchina oppure in caso di urto la spazzola non viene richia-
mata è necessario regolare la posizione dei sensori (1) e (2).
Il sensore (1) agisce quando la spazzola lavora a destra,
il sensore (2) agisce quando la spazzola lavora a sinistra.
Il sensore deve essere regolato come segue:
- In altezza regolando la ghiera (3) in modo che la testa
del sensore si trovi a 2 mm dalla piastra.
- In posizione orizzontale, tramite l’asola del supporto; il
centro del sensore deve essere posizionato a 6-7 mm
dal fi lo esterno della piastra (4).
Spazzola DX
Se la spazzola viene richiamata in continuazione verso la
macchina oppure in caso di urto la spazzola non viene ri-
chiamata è necessario regolare la posizione del sensore (5).
Il sensore deve essere regolato in altezza tramite la ghiera
(6) a 2 mm dalla piastrina e posizionato in modo corretto
lungo l’asola.

6.5.o - 3RD BRUSH SAFETY SENSORS ADJUSTMENT
(OPT)
RH-LH Brush
If the brush keeps being retracted to the machine or if in
case of impact the brush is not retracted, it is necessary to
adjust the safety sensors (1) and (2) positioning. The sensor
(1) intervenes when the brush works on the right while the
sensor (2) intervenes when the brush works on the left.
The sensor must be adjusted as follows:
- In height, by adjusting the ring nut (3) so that the head of
the sensor is located 2 mm away from the plate.
- In the horizontal position, through the support slot; the
centre of the sensor must be positioned to 6-7 mm from
the external edge of the plate (4).
RH Brush
If the brush keeps being retracted to the machine or if in
case of impact the brush is not retracted, it is necessary to
adjust the safety sensor positioning (5).
The sensor must be adjusted in height through the ring nut
(6) and positioned to 2 mm from the plate and properly fi tted
along the slot.
