6.6 - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
6.6.a - SOSTA BREVE
Per “sosta breve” si intende un periodo di non utilizzo della
macchina superiore a 3 giorni ed inferiore ad una settimana.
Per tale sosta, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Bloccaggio spazzola centrale con catena di sicurezza
mediante il dispositivo (1).
- Bloccaggio spazzole laterali e 3
a
spazzola (OPT) median-
te gli appositi dispositivi di bloccaggio (vedere paragrafo
5.3).
ATTENZIONE:
Se la temperatura ambiente è prossima o inferiore a 0°C
(-32°F), è necessario svuotare l’impianto innaffi ante.
6.6.b - SOSTA TEMPORANEA
Per “sosta temporanea” si intende un periodo di non utilizzo
della macchina superiore ad una settimana ed inferiore a 2
mesi.
Per tale sosta, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Fare quanto indicato nel precedente paragrafo “Sosta
breve”.
- Svuotamento impianto innaffi ante.
- Pulizia generale della macchina.
6.6.c - SOSTA PROLUNGATA
Per “sosta prolungata” si intende un periodo di non utilizzo
della macchina superiore a 2 mesi.
Per tale sosta, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Fare quanto indicato nei precedenti paragrafi “Sosta
breve” e “Sosta temporanea”.
- Lubrifi cazione generale.
- Lubrifi cazione con olio e grasso di tutte le parti metalliche
non verniciate.
- Ricovero della macchina in un luogo non polveroso e
umido.

6.6- PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE
6.6.a - BRIEF STOP
“Brief stop” means not using the machine for a period of time
of more than 3 days but less than a week.
In this case, proceed as follows:
- Use the device (1) to lock the main brush with the safety
chain.
- Lock the side brushes and the 3rd brush (OPT) with the
appropriate locking devices (see paragraph 5.3).
CAUTION:
If the environmental temperature is close to or less
than 0°C (-32°F), it is necessary to empty the spraying
system.
6.6.b - TEMPORARY STOP
“Temporary stop” means not using the machine for a period
of time of more than a week and less than 2 months.
In this case proceed as follows:
- Do as indicated in the previous paragraph “Brief stop”.
- Empty the spraying system.
- Clean the entire machine.
6.6.c - PROLONGED STOP
“Prolonged stop” means not using the machine for a period
of time of more than 2 months.
In this case proceed as follows:
- Proceed as indicated in the previous paragraphs “Brief
stop” and “Temporary stop”.
- General lubrication.
- Lubricate all the unpainted metal parts with oil or grease.
- Shelter the vehicle in a dry and dustless place.
