Why is my DuraLabel 9000 not printing?

  If your DuraLabel Printer is not printing, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the cable is securely connected to the serial, USB interface, or parallel port. If you're using a serial cable, verify it's pin-to-pin connected, or replace it. Check the baud rate setting (default is 9600,n,8,1). If using Ethernet, check if the green LED is lit and the amber LED is blinking on the RJ-45 connector. Also, confirm the printer gets the correct IP address in DHCP or static IP mode. Other potential issues include incompatible ribbon and media (ensure the ribbon-inked side faces the correct way), incorrect print density settings, or a loose print head harness connector (turn off the printer and reconnect it).
