Bottom of the mower:
- Remove belt tensioning nuts and pulley front disk (ATTENTION! There is a screw lock in the pulley side!)
- Remove the belts from the pump pulley
- Remove the rest of the pump pulley by releasing of bolt no.2 and securing screw no.1 (Fig. 34)
- Remove the hydraulic pump by releasing of two bolts no.3 (Fig. 34)

Mounting: (Take the above steps in reverse order)
- Install sufficient pump pulley tensioning disks to ensure
a belt tension of ±10 mm
- Loctite the screw on the pump shaft and the belt
tensioning nuts (LOCTITE 243)
- Seal the contact surface of the pump and screw
heads with silicone sealant
Note.
- After replacement of the pump, you need to fill up about 0,5 l of hydraulic oil more.
- After start-up, slowly increase the driving speed (air in the system – high noise of hydraulic system for
about 1 minute)
