6.27 REPLACEMENT OF THE DRIVE CONTROL SERVOMOTOR NBB
- Lift the mower (the wheels must be off the ground)
Dismounting:
- Disconnect the battery
- Disconnect the supply cables
- Remove the lever of the servomotor and the servomotor (Fig. 120)
Mounting:
- Install the servomotor
- Install the connection bar on the pin of the pump lever and the pin of the servomotor
- Set the servomotor and hydraulic pump shafts to zero (central) position
- Install the lever on servomotor and fasten the self securing nut
- Connect the control wires of the servomotor
- Connect the battery
- Fasten the lever nut to 30 Nm

Adjustment of the neutral position:
- Lift and support the mower (the wheels must be off the ground)
- Release the self securing nuts of servomotor connecting bar
- Start the mower – ATTENTION! The mower can only start when the servomotor lever is in zero (central)
position. If it is not in zero position, move the lever until the neutral LED on the control panel lights up. Test
driving in both directions and leave in the neutral gear. When returning to the neutral gear from both
directions, the wheels have to stop. If not, turn the central nut of the adjustment pull rod of servomotor untill
the wheels stop from both directions
- Fasten the self securing nuts. (Fig. 121)
