6.11 REPLACEMENT OF THE CLUTCH
Dismounting:
- Remove left mowing blade, carrier cartridge and clutch cover, belts B 1160, BX 17x960
- see 6.9 Replacement of the pump driving belt Good Year BX 17x960 and 6.7 Replacement of the clutch
driving belt B 1160
- Disconnect the battery
- Disconnect clutch cables and the FASTON plug (Fig. 74 ,75)
- Undo the main clutch bolt (Fig. 76)
- Remove the clutch

Mounting:
- Push the clutch cables through the inlet bushing of the case
- Loctite and fasten the main bolt of the clutch
Clutch adjustment:
- Set the distance x with the adjustment nut 1, tight slightly the nut 1-both sides are closely each other, brake
is activated promptly but the brake disc must not warm up! Eventuallly loosen the nut 1(Fig. 69) see 6.9
