6.10 REPLACEMENT OF THE BEARING BOXES-DRIVEN, DRIVING, TIGHTENING
- Lift the mower up to the max. height of cut and tilt it to the side of the fuel tank!
Dismounting:
- Remove belt SPB 2410 see 6.8 Replacement of the blade driving belt SPB 2410
- Remove belt B 1160 see 6.7 Replacement of the clutch driving belt B 1160
- Remove the bolts of the bearing box
- Rotate the bearing box by 180° to release it (Fig. 73)
- Pull out and remove the bearing box
Mounting:
- Install the bearing box by inserting and turning it
- Loctite and fasten the bolts of the bearing box (driven, driving) (LOCTITE 243)
- Install blade driving belt SPB 2410 and tension it see 6.8 Replacement of the blade driving belt SPB 2410
- Install the driving bearing box pulley and clutch belt B 1160 see 6.7 Replacement of the clutch driving belt
B 1160
- Install the clutch cover. Secure the bolts with LOCTITE 243
- Install the nylon bearing covers, blade carrier cartridges (don´t forget the keys) using grease for easier next
manipulation
- Install the blades using LOCTITE 243
