Checking the water valve coils
1. Disconnect the unit from the power
supply.
2. Remove the machine compartment
cover.
3 Remove the valve(s) bracket assembly
mounting screw. Carefully pull the
bracket assembly out of the machine
compartment.
4. Remove the valve(s) terminals and
attach ohmeter probes should show
continuity.
Replacing the Water Valve(s):
1. Shut off water and disconnect the
unit from the power supply.
2. Remove the machine compartment
cover.
3. Locate the water valve(s) assembly and
remove the mounting screw.
4. Disconnect the water inlet fitting from
the water valve and drain the water
into a container.
5. Disconnect water valve outlet lines.
Drain water into a container.
6. Remove the wire leads from the defec-
tive water valve(s).
7. Remove and replace the defective
valve assembly from the main bracket
assembly.
8. Install in the reverse order of removal
those parts previously removed. Turn
on the water and check all connection
for leaks.
