What to do if ED-DCX-4S-B does not operate as expected in my EMC Server?

If the ED-DCX-4S-B component in your EMC Server isn't working as expected, begin by checking the LEDs and interpreting their status using the LED tables. Then, review the results from the last POST run, examine the error logs, and check RASlog entries. Use the 'sensorShow' command to check the hardware components' status. If issues persist, run diagnostic tests. You may also try rebooting the ED-DCX-4S-B or power cycling the entire chassis. If all else fails, contact your EMC Customer Service representative.
