Do not apply 230 Vac power to a 115 Vac TCL (Model option -11). Doing so will damage
the instrument.

4.3.1 Power
Wire AC mains power supply to the power supply board, which is mounted vertically on
the left hand side of the transmitter enclosure.
The power connector is at the top of the board.
